My Sprint Store Trip
So here is the story. I have an HTC Touch Pro, haven't had it for a year yet, maybe 6 months and it starts acting up randomly turns off and not getting calls, freezes alot and gets hot and keyboard issues. Took it to Sprint Store and they look at it and says okay and orders me a refurbished one.. That was three weeks ago.
This new one keeps freezing up in the middle of a call and will randomly receive a voicemail but no call came in and will turn off for no apparent reason. So back to Sprint I go today and I tell them about my problems and they take it so the Tech support can look at it and I come back 2 hours later to pick it up and sure enough they had to order another one. I go to use my phone and it's off, so I power it up and nothing, just a black screen so I thought oh my battery must be dead, I go home and charge it and nothing. I turn it on and it goes to a blackscreen and nothing else.. WTH.. So I take it back and they tell me tough luck theres nothing they can do and I would just have to wait until Weds for the refurbished phone!! So how does someone go into a store with a phone that was working but had minor problems to a phone not working at all and then tel the customer well too bad your going to be phoneless for 2 days. Then I asked about maybe getting a different model and they said they don't do that even if it's my 6th or 7th phone or any amount of times they will still give me a refurbished one..
So I'm now puzzled and upset. Why are they giving me so much BS, seriously I just want a working phone that's not going to drop my calls and freeze every 5 mins.. Does anyone have any suggestions on what the next step might be or am I just out of luck here? Sorry so long just had to vent my frustration..
