You should really do some more research before saying such things.

WM 6.1 is not just a UI overhaul but adds something much more significant for business and IT (albeit not consumer): Microsoft System Center Mobile Device Manager 2008

In fact, the Treo 750 (who just got WM6) will be getting this update in mid-2008.

The big question is what, if any, changes are there to WM6.1 Pro. That is not yet known. To put it another way: there are a lot more questions than answers right now about WM 6.1.
