-Replaced circles animation wallpaper w/ vevito's winter animation (thx vevito)

-Added Still Wallpaper mod (thx kisja) this is to set a wallpaper w/ no weather animation
-Removed Facebook, Clear Temp, TellMe, Voice Recorder, In Call Recorder
-Fixed Sunny Day animation, I don't think the fix was actually in the previous roms

I have verified I can send & receive SMS via Manila Messaging, and can send & receive MMS via Arcsoft.
I am not going to update post #1 yet, as I will likely repackage this rom tonight. I reported a small bug on the PeopleMessagingClassic that is being fixed.

This mod adds a new "Home Wallpaper" mode "Picture Wallpaper".
It disables the weather animation, if selected, so only the custom background is visible.
The package contains a changed Home_Pages.xml, so you have to cook it in, or change \Windows\ManilaFull.xml directly on the device manually.
