I'm not going to need a prescription to get sleep at night or anything from this, but I am truly upset with the situation after getting some feedback.
I went through A LOT OF AGGRAVATION that was fairly and objectively Verizon's fault; and they "solve" my problem by basically mandating I sign a contract in blood, after I've been out of contract for a long time!
That's like saying... "I'm sorry I wrecked into your car, my insurance company will definitely take care of that, as long as you buy a policy with them for future auto-coverage."
WTF!!!!?????
