Steve Ballmer came out recently saying that Windows Phone 7 had been pushed back because they had to "start over" which some interpreted as them bringing in a new team to develop it. I wouldn't doubt it, with the gravity of the consequences spelling fail or succeed for the next generation of windows phone. Those pictures were captures of what was originally supposed to be windows 7. I think with the release of 6.5 and Zune HD we can kinda get the idea of whats expected from 7. If I can find that article over at engadget I will like u to it
