I have also had the same problem with my mogul i video taped the it so if sprint ever needs proof i have it......I HAVE THE FIRST ROM...the rom on my phone is 2.08.651.4. So fellas don't go blaming it on the rom problem we don't need another thread about that. Like someone else said i think its a device issue.....the guy at the sprint store said it was my fault because i had put third party programs on it I was like dude please this 400 dollar phone just has a bug. He still wouldn't give me a clean fresh mogul tho dang. lol but i called retentions and they sent me one should be here tomorrow I hope.

Well now IVe had the touch pro for about a year and welll its just as dissapointing as the mogul was ....now they may give me this TP2 but i wonder if its time to go a different route than this WM
