boo boo #2 on your post says - "install - ICS_and_WModem_Fix cab" where is the cab is that the same one as the #1 in the first link up there? Here is the link just so you dont have to scroll back up

It just does not call it ics or modem fix. I may have missed that step. I install the #1 some time ago and installed the other attached file in this tread from correct today.
