Obviously you are on an HP of some kind. Is it Windows 7? Is it a netbook by any chance?

You may need to right click the HardSPL file on your HP and click Properties. Then select Advanced, I believe, and then there is a security box of some type, can't remember exactly, but checking or unchecking it allows downloaded files to run when the system won't allow it. I hope this helps, if is this is the issue causing your problem.
