I am in the same boat but i have no trouble getting my phone to sync with Vista. I am so pissed that i got this new toy and i cannot activate it until Friday or maybe even Saturday. I understand that they are upgrading their billing but not being able to access some account for a whole week is totally unacceptable IMO. I received the phone Monday afternoon. What BS!
