I just tested it on MightyRom, it worked right off.

I installed it after the carrier provisioning.

Did you soft-reset?

Did you have any other MMS software installed prior to installing this?

Juicy 2.5 Manila? This should work with 2.1, with the 2.5 manila you need to disable the HTC Messaging prior to installation. Refer to my first post, click the link I added.
