Maybe i wasnt correct in what i said. Im sorry. After flashing per guide I did a hard reset. Then installed VZW arcsoft from mightys page. After that I was able to insert pisture and send. Then I did a few more soft resets as per teh guide recommended. Then a few hours later, the insert option is grayed out. Nothing else changed that I know of.
