Yeah - confirmed the soft reset put everything perfect...

here are some more details on the Hands Free Activation thing... kinds funky... like its an app that you have thats not included in the rom..

After the restart... goes to Device Managements.....

Hands Free Activation and Says' Contacting Network..

Seems like it times out and then says " Your activation could not be completed. To try again select "Update Profile" from start/settings/system. If the problem persists you may need to contact Customer Service.

Error code: 1012.

does it every time i reboot.
