ewww Im thinking you screwed yourself Snow because I think my dad just did the same thing and he is going to try and contact asurion and see if they can replace his as well but I think it has to be continuous with asurion.

Well now IVe had the touch pro for about a year and welll its just as dissapointing as the mogul was ....now they may give me this TP2 but i wonder if its time to go a different route than this WM
