I'm not on the latest MightyRom, but 3-way calls are working for me on an earlier version. Try the following:
1. Call the first number
2. Once connected, hit the Talk button and you should see the keypad reappear.
3. Dial the second number, and hit the physical talk button (not onscreen)
4. Once connected to the second call, there should be a "conference" button onscreen to combine the calls.
*I'm recalling this from memory, the details might be slightly off.
