I am having these problems as well... I missed all of my phone calls today due to the ring/vibrate not engaging. However, the incoming sms/mms notifications still sound/vibrate. I am also plagued with data being unable to connect every so often. I haven't had these issues since R2. Usually a soft reset will bring the ringer to life again...but it would be great if I didn't have to do it so often... Other than that, EXCELLENT ROM
