Okay, long press the file and save it to your SD card. It should put it in your music folder on your SD card. From here you are presented with two options.
1) You can now go into your music player and you should be able to find the sound file there. Long press the song and select "use as phone ringtone".
2) Using your newly downloaded astro file manager, create a "media" folder, and then inside that folder create an "audio" folder. Now create two folders in here named "notifications" and "ringtones". Following this you should be able to select it as a ringtone from your settings. The second option is slightly more complicated, but still gets the job done. I should probably add that you will need to save the audio file into the ringtone or notification folder. :P
