I read reviews about it online and in general, this seems to be a really good phone for my needs. It's a Samsung SPH M610. Yay!
I'm sooo SICK of my Diamond (touch and high-tech phones in general, really), and am at a 'basic tech' time in my life right now, so just want a basic, low-tech FLIP phone again.
When I do want to high-tech phone again, I will get the Snap because it's nearly the same as my beloved T-Mobile Dash that I had to give up when we switched. (Long story as to why we had to switch companies).
