well i forgot to say this and it my be important ..i do not go to the store at all because they are all stupid in the store so i avoid them like the H1N1...all my dealings were with them on the phone ...

fact the list was :

tp
snap
pre
8350 BB
and another BB dont remober the model..

but only the TP and the snap work on the SERO plans ...PFFT!!
ill just keep sending the TP back till they give me what i want ...
Im gona hold on to my sero till i can no longer keep it ..but trust me it will be a fight before i give it up!

and if they force me to get out of SERO they WILL give me a sweet deal on a everything plan ..trust me on that !
