WMDC or your phone?

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think just "unlocking" the phone will clear the memory. Flashing a new rom will definitely wipe the memory clean and you will have to reload it through sync.

Anyway, WMDC should not be affected and you should be able to reload everything after a rom flash or hard reset. Like I said though, I don't ever use WMDC.
