i went from a stock 6.1 to customrom 6.5.
basically if you have outlook that you're syncing too
all you have to do is resetup the phone to sync and it will sync all that info back on to your phone.
ive flashed a few custom roms and been able to get all my outlook stuff back on my phone no problem
