Update: Just noticed it change my Battery icon back to the stock icon. I had the CDMA_BilboBrian_Taskbar.cab and the battery icon was gone. Uninstalled taskbar and re-installed and everything was good.

OK I redid the cab and it works now. Thanks for the help!
