Just got back from the sprint service center and I have to say it was a good one, I got in about 4, dropped my phone off, chatted a little with them cause they all had moguls then at 445 picked up a new phone.

I took it in because my phone button wasnt working and the left Dpad was sporadic.

Good stuff. I also just got my bestskinsever shield in which makes it even nicer!

Mind you I had the insurance which makes everything so much easier and it didnt even count on my 3 per year quota!
