Because a number of months ago someone let slip that they were out of moguls and were trading Touch Pros. So everyone and there dog "broke" their mogul and now they have an over supply of refurbed moguls from all those trades. My mogul has never had a problem other than it was designed with an insufficient amount of ram which is a problem for me, but I'm not going to trade out for crappy refurbs for 6 months and then have them tell me to F off 'cause there's no way I'll get a TP2 and that's the only phone I would consider a true replacement to the Mogul.
