It's the MAN trying to TRACK YOU! Look out behind you!!!! RUN! RUN! RUN! Na, just kidding, backup your contacts and do a hard reset. Then install your contacts ONLY see if it happens then if so then it maybe a hardware problem. What other apps did/have you installed on your phone.
