I think what he's asking is, is it possible to add the HTC Task Manager back to the top right corner of the screen. I am assuming he's on a 23xxx build. If I am wrong, please let me know by giving us more detail. What ROM are you running?
I know people are using a bunch of different ways to achieve what I think you want. There's Showcase, Quick Menu, there's mapping your long press send key to the regular task manager...
On Indagroove's
11/19 Sense 2.5 build he has the HTC Task Manager built in if you hold down on the area where you would normally see the HTC Task Manager.
