CDMA Data/GSM Phone?

I think I know what the answer is going to be, but I want to clarify or see if there is a solution.

I am going to buy a TP2 with a data only plan and just use a TMo sim for prepaid phone calls since I don't talk alot, and this is my second phone anyway.

For Texting I will be using a google voice app or somthing similar. (I will have free incoming texting with my data plan, and will send out via email or GV app)

Is there anyway to have the CDMA data #777 working at the same time as the GSM phone number so I can get calls when I am using my unlimited data plan?

The alternative is to just not answer my phone when in CDMA mode and call back in GSM mode since the rate in CDMA is $.99/min with data only plan.

Any suggestions or experiences you can share?

Thanks!
