I got my Imagio replaced because the face housing actually cracked, connect the dots style, from where it meets the screen above the Verizon logo, all the way up to the divot on the battery cover. It was a very fine, hairline crack, but once I noticed it it was all I could look at. Two days after I replaced mine with a Touch Pro 2, my friends Imagio did the same thing. I reccomend you guys keep a close eye on it, you may not even notice it unless in the right light, but it happens where the dots on the face are actually hollow where the earpiece speaker is.
