I was looking over the USCC website. Does this phone not have the GSM world phone capabilities?

Also, could you flash a USCC phone over to sprint. I know there have been issues with going from verizon to sprint but not sprint to verizon because of the activiation key in the msl.

Lastly, could somebody feasibly just buy the phone for $70, then say hey I'd like to cancel my service now, here's $150 (the eta), and then be done with uscc and use the phone on another service provider, or am I missing something?
