Here is something I just found out. Sprint has a policy that if you return a phone 3 times in 3 months that automatically have to give you an upgrade. Unfortunately, I didn't find this out (and no one at sprint offered the info) until I was on my 9th mogul!
I just got a Pro and it is so much better. I had to call Retention to get the ball rolling...
