Can anyone please point me in the right direction...I lost 4 hours of my life earlier today when I accidentally stumbled onto what I thought was a fix only to send my mogul into an endless reset cycle and find out the fix was for 6700s...

Apparently some folks are confused by what I am looking for, lemme splain:
With HANDSET - I press button 5, microphone pops up on the top of the screen, I say," Call John Smith at Home", VC Lady says, "Call John Smith at Home", I say Yes...mogul dials John Smith at home.
With Bluetooth HEADSET (Jawbone)- I press button on headset, I hear a beep, I say," Call John Smith at Home", VC Lady says, "Call John Smith at Home", I say Yes...Nothing Happens and then I hear the blurp error tone.
I am looking for a fix for:
Voice Command 1.6 running on ROM 2.17, Radio 1.47.01, on my PC-6800 from Sprint - BLUETOOTH CONFIRMATION.
If anyone has a CONFIRMED (no pun intended) FIX for this issue on my configuration, I would be tickled if you would share. Thanks a lot for your help.
