Cant you just extract the nbh from the relocker and rename it to the RAPHIMG.nbh and copy it to the root of the card? Then you can vol down and power button it and hit the soft reset with the stylus to get into bootloader and just hit power again to flash the relock. I have not tried this yet but it's my understanding on how it works and you shouldn't need the touchscreen for it, again good luck bud!
