so, the easy way:
either remove then reinsert battery or press the reset hole where the stylus is kept, as soon as battery is in, press and hold red end key button till it prompts to remove all data

another way:
get ur MSL from sprint cus care, then from keypad, dial ##786#. enter MSL, done.

will this reset to factory settings? erase all contacts, txt, email, pics etc?
