I have not had any luck previwing or downloading attachements using the google app. I try to view a simply jpg, ppt, or mp4 but the phone gets stuck at fetching attachment.

anyone else experience? If so, whats the fix?

Does the SD card need to be formatted under android for it to work properly? I just took it out of my windows mobile and popped it straight into the hero.
