Hello!! sorry for being such a NooB i have read and found nothing on my issue i have downloaded the Raphael cdma HSPL 037.zip and tried to run it but i keep getting an error [202] CONNECTION my phone is connected with Active Sync to the PC running windows XP i also have .net 3.5 installed.

and that's about as far i got any help will be greatly appreciated.
