Ok, couple more things. Windows live did set up properly which is good news. But I needed to close HTC sense, then reset, tried setup again and it worked. hotmail is in the email tab and messenger works. Secondly, here are a couple sshots of the buttons that are not showing properly. on the start menu, the lock button is blank and on the email tab the menu button is invisible but if you tap there it works  . hope this helps. sorry the pics arent good but the red highlighted area is somewhat visible. |
Ok, I posted this on da CMDA TP forum. For anyone who's animated wallpaper doesn't work use this reg edit, HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\HTC\Manila\AnimatedBack groundPath change it to \Windows\Weather Wallpaper and then softreset. Should be good to go w/out a hard reset.
