It's on the TP2, the button on the back. When I had the TP I mapped the center dpad to launch manager with a long press.

Launchpad looks nice. I haven't had a problem with launch manager, loads fast and does what I need. But I may have to give launchpad a try. I'm always looking for something new for my phone!

i didnt even think about using that button on the back to launch an application ... good idea
