i'll let it go for $80 now
flashed with spb mobile shell rom. I still have the box, headphone/tv out adapter that came with the phone, software, and 4gb storage card. I had it since july, but it's still in great shape. you can sync it and flash it with whatever tp1 rom you want
I also have a carrying case for it for another $10
