I have been using the gmail exchange push capability ( http://www.google.com/mobile/products/sync.html#p=winmo) direct from google. While I have not yet tried to use this IMAP solution (I have 2 non gmail IMAP accounts) i will probably try it. I only mention this because of the multiple gmail comments.
