Okay, I KINDA see... I guess what I'm really asking is...

"When you back-up your device data using Spb Backup, what happens when you execute the backup file. I mean, does it put all the programs back + all the settings...or is like PIM, where it's mainly for contacts, tasks...etc?

I know it's a stupid question for which I probably know the answer, but most of you are much smarter than me with all this stuff...lol
