Yes.
  • Click the Status Icons (top right)
  • Click the Network Connection Icon (Next to Speaker icon)
  • Click the Settings link
  • Click Services TAB
  • Scroll and Select Roaming
  • Click Get Settings button
Third option from top then click OK

You can also access through the Settings icon under Start button.
