When swiping a web page, I find that I keep launching links that I don't intend to. Is there something I'm doing wrong or is this just the nature of this device?

Is there anyway to reprogram the hard keys on bottom front of the device so that they'll also light up the lcd? Seems that it shouldn't be a two part process where you first light up the lcd and then pick a button.
