Actually I love the phone how it is, it really does everything I've wanted a phone to do, and I'm glad it doesn't have a slide out keyboard.
My only issue is that I wish the android messaging app worked with my yahoo account, it wont load my friends list, yahoo claims its because my friends list contains special characters but I went through and looked and none of them do, I know they have IM apps but I prefer to use the one that came with the phone.
