I have now confirmed that there is indeed a new PRL version 60611, this was mentioned a page or two back.
Upon updating the PRL, my phone now roams, and switches back WITH the 1.47.01 radio!!! I was experiencing the lock ups and eternal sleeps before....GIVE THIS A SHOT!! Before downgrading your radio to 1.40....
