Thanks. I didn't know if all the GPS stuff might have become available with the WM6 ROMs.

It does come on a miniSD card and with adaptors for SD.
[Not like it would be that difficult to transfer the files onto a miniSD if it was a regular SD card...]
I haven't seen anything about the internal GPS being usable for anything but the e911 service.

External Bluetooth GPS works pretty well with the 6700's. My advice would be to pick up an external BT GPS and try out MS Live or Google mapping services. They can both use GPS to show where you are and do navigation for free. The one downside I've run into with google is that if you drop your data connection, it shuts down and you have to restart it. Haven't seen that happen with MS Live service.
