Scratch the pretty easy part. That was using max manila. I have a hunch that if you use total commander and copy the manila files from the bg4all tweak folder in the manila 2.5 folder to your windows directory, it should revert it back to stock wallpaper and then you can pick a new background. I am kinda against trying it, i hate the fact you can't change it more than once, but im coping...
