You obviously have never been a merchant of any kind. And you are spreading mis-information in this thread:

As a merchant, you are part of the problem with engaging in retail commerce. One small hiccup and the whole world is crashing down. I've had relatives die, and depending on who it is it can be a devastating and paralyzing ordeal to go through. If we all wanted our phones shipped overnight in our hands, we would have bought them directly from Sprint for Retail.
People with attitudes like yours create higher chargeback percentages, which in turns mean higher costs to the credit card merchant and then the seller, then that means higher prices for the buyer.
Just chill. You don't have a dog in this fight.
