I got it working again by typing the following in the address bar:
opera:config
scrolling down to Network and unchecking "Check Local HostName"
That stopped the annoying page that loads "Could Not Open File" and now when you Launch Internet from TF3D it launches opera 9.5. I still have opera mobile 10 and can launch from the start menu.
