filed a $50 claim for my TP back in february using my TEP........Asurion sent me a brand new TP......a week or so later I dropped TEP since the new TP came with a 1yr warranty.......called Asurion a couple of weeks back about common keyboard issue, told them that Sprint stores were replacing the TP's with the new TP2, Asurion sent me a brand bew TP2..............cost $0
