Thank you for taking the time to contact HTC America Technical Support via email with your inquiry about updating your device to Windows Mobile 6.5. My name is Chris and I will be happy to assist you today.

I understand how important it is for you to have the latest software available for your device. If your device is branded to a carrier we work with them to determine which of their branded HTC devices will receive software updates. Unfortunately, HTC cannot comment on ROM updates until the carrier approves them. Therefore we do not have a definitive date as to when Verizon will release the new Mobile 6.5 update.
