TierAutoinstall is already in the kitchen. It actually uses the old autorun to do this.
If you want them in a specifice order, just put the cabs on the root of your storage card and name them 1_whatever.cab, 2_whatever.cab. Or they can go in \Storage Card\Boot if you want to keep them all in a folder.

On first boot, you'll be able to check off which cabs you want to install. Beyond first boot, if you want to run it later instead you can just run \Widows\tautoinstall.exe.

Nevermind.. I see you're using a mogul so ignore the kitchen info right now. It's available at http://tiermann.co.nr as well and you can run it manually from anywhere you like.

Beyond that, if you don't like TierAuto, you can just use the old autorun itself to do what you're talking about by editing the config.txt and setting the
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Comm]
"AutoRunCFG"="\\Windows\\Config.txt"
To match it's new location.
